Wax Melt Care
- Melt in an approved wax melt warmer.
- Place 1-2 cubes in warmer depending on size of space.
- Do not touch melted wax as it will be very hot.
- Do not move wax warmer when hot.
- Do not add water to wax warmer.
- Never leave wax wamer unattended when in use.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Use wax wamer on a flat stable surface.
There are a few ways to change the wax in the wax warmer. One method is to place a few cotton balls to absorb old melted wax. Carefully toss the wax filled cotton balls and place new wax cube(s) in warmer. The other method depends if you have a removable dish in your wax warmer. If so, you may place the dish in freezer for a few minutes. This will cause the wax to shrink, making it easy to pop out with a spoon.

All products are carefully packaged before shipping. Our return policy is 14 days from purchase. Due to the nature of our products, used wax melts cannot be returned or refunded. If the item is damaged during transit, we will replace it with proof of damage upon approval. Please submit proof of damage to BlackSageCompany@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a tracking number as the arrival of returned product is not guaranteed.
